  1. What a project! Seem to be a lot of work, but I think also a lot of fun! Is this fashion show a project for every year? How many students are involved in this project? And how many entries?

  2. Yes, a lot of work, but they seemed to enjoy it very much. All the students in the fashion program participates and they have a show every year. I think they have had a fashion show as long as they have had the program at Fässberg. The students in year 1 showed a pair of trousers and a skirt. The ones in year 2 and 3 showed their own collections, and the amount of garments varied a lot, but they all had just one entrance.

    1. They had a school show during the day, and then in the evening an open show for everyone, but you had to buy a ticket. They sold tickets a few weeks before the show and the money help finances their Paris trip they do in year 3.

  4. Do you know if the show has given students jobproposels? Or is it just for students, teachers and relatives?

    1. I doubt that very much, they are a far way from being ready for the business world. A few of them are really talented but still need to mature a bit, and they often carry on with more textile education.

  5. Does the students plan and build the stage themselves? This would be a perfect task for my interial designflorists. They could colaborate in true "socioculture spirit".
I see that your students have been inspired by:

  6. Yes they build the stage themselves but I don´t know how much they plan before. To be honest I don´t think it´s that much, and I don´t think they have seen the show you linked. They dont have that much time so they need to concentrate on getting their collection ready. But you´re right it would be perfect to have a collaboration with florists. they have drama on Fässberg, and art and media students, and I think it would have been nice to have the show as a big project for all of them, but I think they´re all so busy with their own work.

The dior show was amazing, imagine having students trying something similar!
