The student places her garment pieces at the flat bed press for fusing.

They use paper below and above the parts to avoid the adhesive fastening at the flat bed. The fusing/interlining is also some millimetres smaller than the fabric parts.
 

The flat bed press is closed and after some moments the signal tells its ready.

  2. Yes, the school seem to have enough resourses. They have got two well equiped classrooms with each 16 industrial straight seam machines. They also got industrial zigzag, overedge and chainstitch machines. Buttonholes and openeyed buttonhole and buttoning machines. In the computer classroom there are enough computers with computer grading and pattern making programmes for a class with 16 students.
