The entrance is also for the institute of Textile University education and for Higher Vocational Education. My instructor teach mostly in the Upper secondary school for adults, and the students were from 20 years to 30 years old.

    1. The courses are Textile design and handicraft, they also have pattern construction, both by hand and by digital programme. They learn manufacturing methods, mainly the are sewing clothes, but they also learn about materials, production and entrepreneurship. After finish this education they could search higher education for purchasing, designer, pattern maker or work as a dressmaker. If you want me to explain more about the education, don´t hesitate to ask me. /Marita

    1. The teachers works mostly in one level. My instructor was working in the Vocational education before, but now she got classes only in the Upper secondary school. As far as I know it is not any colaborate between the levels, but our students works together with stylists and hairdresses in some projects.

    2. Interesting. Do you know if the teachers have some kined of forum to inspire and share experience. Almås use "lärspridare" teachers that in blogform and an afternoon, almost ones a week, share tecnical instruments or other things to enable didactical growth. That was very inspiering for me when i started the VFU there.
