Handicraftprocess

When completed the arranchemant we try to inspire the students; to not only to take a picture at the result but more importent analyse and verbalice the process.
What was hard? What could i do in another way in the future? and so on and so on.

This bridalarrangement is a part of the designcourse of the handicraftprogram. This student has only four month left of her three years.
In the Swedish political policydocuments they upraise the need to help students transform ideas into finished products.
So before she came this far she had time to plan; get inspired by pichers at internet, books and then draw by hand.

  1. Do students study full time or work and study part time?

  2. Almås has students that study fulltime (but not flowers more than two-three days a week and then other subjects as english, Swedish, history, gymnastic, math, and more) We also have an apprenticeship model both for teens and adults.

  4. Do you mean the FYR-task to get "legitimation" or how you say it in englich? Not everyone did it, we had, i think, seven in a class of ca:14. Everyone but two of them did pas. It was interesting to observe the preporations before. I am divided, in my feelings for this form of test. I have seen students don´t pas because of nervos feelings, students that i know from the clasroom are grate florists, careful and dedicated in there vocation. My experiance is that it has developed more in to a floristcompetichenform then a school or vocationtest. I don´t know if thats the criterion from FYR (Floristernas yrkesråd) or if it´s the separat schools understanding. I have dicided to intervju the chairperson and some other people to get their perspective. Very interesting subject, could we have a discussion only of this. FYR as an organisation has been involved in GY11 so i think we have to get together you and me sometime under our tree years at Gothenburg University, to prepare really good questions.
